Architecture and Interior Design-Project Management

Alexandrite Winery, B.S final project

Alexandrite winery- was my final graduation project for B.S of Architecture and Interior Design degree i completed in 2012 in Tel Aviv.

The project is located at Jerusalem mountains on a sloping land lot, using the natural topography of the lot i designed a natural gravitation boutique winery.

This Method is very trendy in the world of wine makers today since the natural flow of the wine by gravitation force adds special taste pallets and color.

Eco friendly and of-course saving electrical costs to the winery, the project is divided to operational spaces and visitor center that includes a special events area and wine bar.

the wince cellar is visible for the visitors from the main floor throw rectangle glass floor and as well a wide panoramic glass from the bar floor, allowing the visitors watching the fermentation process and the oak barrels in the cellar.
