Motza Valley 'Tzimerim" House , Jerusalem / Israel

Set in Motza Valley sloping land facing Beit Zait water reservoir, surrounded by Jerusalem mountains this massive 8,611 sq f house set on 1 acre lot. Divided to structures and seems to be that each structure was individually built. Surprisingly all connected in a modern but yet organic and connected to earth materials chosen by Architect Joel Jospe and the owners.

The Bridge, is one of the most fascinating part of the project and as well the name of the project as the Architect name it.

My part in this amazing massive project was to design and finish the “Tzimerim” 2 floors house that was built on the lot but wasn’t completed in the finish schedule of the entire project.

located on the north west point of the lot under a massive olive tree hidden in the landscape design with wild finish thin local stone facades this 2 floors 2,150 square feet house was quite of challenge to complete.
